Middle School is not too early to start thinking about careers and goals for the future. It is a perfect time to start exploring areas of interest, planning out pathways to different career options, volunteerings and building resumes.
Grade 9’s will specifically focus on the Mock Interview Process in the early spring. The Grade 9 classes will learn to develop a resume and write a cover letter. They will also work to prepare for the interview process where community members will come in to the school and interview each student. This has proven to be an effective process in the preparation for many first jobs!
